Prontly ("we", "us", or "our") operates getprontly.com and the Prontly AI phone receptionist service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Business information: Name, phone number, email address, business address, and menu/services you provide to configure your AI assistant.
Call data: Phone numbers of callers, call transcripts, call duration, and order information captured during AI-handled calls.
Account data: Email address, hashed password, and account settings.
Usage data: How you interact with our portal, features accessed, and service usage metrics.
Calls handled by Prontly AI may be recorded and transcribed for accuracy and service improvement. Callers are notified at the beginning of calls where required by law. Transcripts are retained for 90 days by default and are only accessible to the business owner.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access tokens use JWT with short expiration. We implement brute-force protection, CAPTCHA, and MFA options for all accounts.
Call transcripts: 90 days. Account data: retained while account is active. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
