By using Prontly ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prontly provides AI-powered phone receptionist software for small businesses. The Service answers incoming calls, takes orders, books appointments, and handles inquiries on behalf of subscribing businesses.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Plans include a specified number of calls per month; additional calls are billed at $0.60 per call.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with up to 100 AI-handled calls. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
You agree NOT to use Prontly to: harass or deceive callers, violate any applicable law, send spam or unsolicited communications, reverse-engineer the Service, or attempt to exceed call limits through technical manipulation.
By using Prontly, you represent that you have complied with all applicable laws regarding call recording and AI disclosure in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring callers are properly notified where required by law.
Monthly subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Overages are charged at the end of each billing period.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Anthropic, etc.).
Prontly retains all rights to the software, AI models, and platform. You retain ownership of your business data and call content.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prontly's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
